Despite that we do all and everything to satisfy our customers, sometimes returns and refunds or a product exchange may be required. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the following guidelines concerning our returns and refunds policy. Please contact us first before considering to open a dispute case with PayPal. It is our utmost priority to serve you, our customer.
RETURNS
You have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Damaged or used products can’t be returned or exchanged or refunded.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You may request a return or refund using this form. Please provide your order number.
SALE ITEMS
If the item you purchased and want to return was on sale it can’t be refunded nor exchanged. Generally, sale items can’t be refunded, returned or exchanged.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refund processing time is usually 2 business days.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and other fees such as transaction fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping or other transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.
