SIM Card questions

Q: I want to use my own SIM card. What SIM card is supported?
A: The device supports nano NB-IoT SIM cards and Cat M1 SIM cards.

Q: What areas are covered with the pre-installed international SIM card? 
A: The pre-installed international NB-IoT SIM card covers the following areas including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary,  Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Puerto Rico, Russia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, USA and US Virgin Islands.

Device related questions

Q: How to I turn on the device? 
A: Press the ON/OFF button located on the top cover of the tracker. Hold the button until the LED light turns blue. Make sure that the device is fully charged before turning it on.

Q: How long does it take until the device is fully charged? 
A: Using a mobile phone charger with 5 V/DC, 500 mA output power requires about 40 minutes charging time to fully charge the tracker.
